Parted Magic and Flamory

Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

Create and use window snapshots for Parted Magic
Take and edit Parted Magic screenshots
Automatically copy selected text from Parted Magic and save it to Flamory history

Flamory helps you capture and store screenshots from Parted Magic by pressing a single hotkey. It will be saved to a history, so you can continue doing your tasks without interruptions. Later, you can edit the screenshot: crop, resize, add labels and highlights. After that, you can paste the screenshot into any other document or e-mail message.

The Parted Magic OS employs core programs of GParted and Parted to handle partitioning tasks with ease, while featuring other useful programs (e.g. Partition Image, TestDisk, fdisk, sfdisk, dd, and ddrescue) and an excellent set of documentation to benefit the user. An extensive collection of fileystem tools are also included, as Parted Magic supports the following: ext2, ext3, ext4, fat16, fat32, hfs, hfs+, jfs, linux-swap, ntfs, reiserfs, reiser4, and xfs.

Parted Magic requires at least a PII processor and 400MB of RAM to operate or 128MB in "Live" mode.

Integration level may vary depending on the application version and other factors. Make sure that user are using recent version of Parted Magic. Please contact us if you have different integration experience.
