Record subtitles, draw to screen while recording, cut and save portions from videos, add/mix sounds and narration, join videos, change video speeds, dimensions and compression, create movies from picture files, and synchronize audio automatically.

Is there any limitation to the trial version of the software? How long does the trial period last?

There is no time limit, you can use it as long as you want. Only limitation of the trial version is that it records watermarks on the video.
