OpenRoom bookmarking

OpenRoom provides a simple online interface for managing and reserving rooms.

With OpenRoom, you can setup any number of rooms, group them together, provide information about their contents, and even specify business hours on a room-by-room basis.

Setting up the system is easy, and the colors, layout, and functionality can be customized through themes.

Users simply log in, select an available time slot, and fill out a form, all on one page, quickly and easily. OpenRoom takes care of sending confirmation emails.

OpenRoom is already in use at Ball State University Libraries, Ball State Department of Theatre and Dance, IUPUI University Library, and VCU Libraries.

Integration level may vary depending on the application version and other factors. Make sure that user are using recent version of OpenRoom. Please contact us if you have different integration experience.
