Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

Synthese is an open source application for Windows written in vb.net. The goal is to give you the feeling that you are working with normal desktop apps, when in reality, you're actually using a website.

With Synthese you never have to start up your entire browser and navigate to that single webpage. Now you only have to click an icon on your desktop and voila, you're good to go!
