TweakXPlorer is a tool to change your Windows Explorer appearance. It can change folder background, thumbnail, toolbar etc. All Windows Explorer tweaks in one! Many languages, portable, only 4MB. It is not clear, if there is a working Download-Link (for a german portable version).
