Workrave and Flamory

Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

Flamory helps you capture and store screenshots from Workrave by pressing a single hotkey. It will be saved to a history, so you can continue doing your tasks without interruptions. Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit. The program runs on GNU/Linux and Microsoft Windows.
